Warranty

Fabric Warranty: If using standard fabric options, the fabric is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. For Customer’s Own Material (COM), the fabric warranty is void, and Oyster Wellness is not responsible for performance issues, durability, or wear. The upholstery (assembly, stitching, and craftsmanship) remains covered under the commercial warranty.

Foam Warranty: 5-year warranty covering defects in foam attributable to manufacturing under normal commercial use. Exclusions include damages from misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, and excessive compression or degradation due to footwear use. Repair or replacement is offered within the warranty period.

Commercial Warranty: 3-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. Exclusions include damages from misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, and damage or premature wear caused by footwear use, particularly in high-traffic areas. For COM orders, the warranty covers only upholstery craftsmanship (assembly and stitching), not the fabric itself.

Reupholstering Service: Available post-warranty or for aesthetic updates. Contact us for pricing, which includes labor and materials for fabric replacement.
