Single items will typically ship UPS Ground insured. If you have a larger order then we decide the shipping based on the destination and customers needs.

Often with larger orders we will either make a custom crate or palletize the units to reduce.

If your package arrived damaged make sure to take pictures, and ideally, note any damage on the Bill of Lading or with the delivery driver. This makes the claim process much faster.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is crafted specifically for your order, and as such, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
